We are an established general contractor headquartered in the Milwaukee suburbs, and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our self‑perform team.

A Bit About Us

We are a well‑established, full‑service general contractor with deep roots spanning decades in the commercial construction industry. We handle the full spectrum of project delivery—from pre‑construction planning, design/build, and budgeting, through construction management, self‑performed work (including demolition, concrete, carpentry, and drywall/steel‑studs), and project close‑out. Our philosophy is simple: treat every project as if it were our own, delivering functional, high‑quality spaces that meet our clients’ vision while staying on schedule and within budget.

We take pride in long‑term relationships with clients, a commitment to craftsmanship, and a relentless focus on doing “anything less than exceptional” is unacceptable.

Why Join Us
  • Comprehensive compensation package that includes a company vehicle, full benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) matching, company profit‑sharing, 3 weeks starting PTO, cell phone stipend, gym membership, and more.
  • The opportunity to lead and directly influence high‑quality, self‑performed work—from rough carpentry to drywall and finish interior elements.
  • Work with a team that values integrity, workmanship, and collaboration.
  • Exposure to a variety of project types (commercial, industrial, institutional) and diverse construction work.
  • A role that blends hands‑on craft knowledge with project leadership and management responsibilities.
