This is a full-time, on-site role for an Asphalt and Concrete Sales professional based in Pewaukee, WI. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, understanding project requirements, preparing quotes, and providing guidance on asphalt and concrete services. The role also entails building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the company's commitment to excellence in every interaction.

• Proficiency in Formwork and Flatwork applications
• Experience with Heavy Equipment and Ready Mix Concrete usage
• Knowledgeable in Carpentry related to construction projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Sales experience in the construction or paving industry is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
