Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Grade Setter / Skilled Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Grade Setter / Skilled Construction Laborer to join our civil construction field operations. This position plays a critical role in our excavating, grading, paving, and site preparation projects. You will work closely with heavy equipment operators, foremen, project managers and engineering plans to ensure proper ground elevations, slopes, and subgrade layout before asphalt, concrete, or aggregate placement.

While previous experience in grade setting or layout is highly preferred, we are fully prepared to invest in field training for an individual with a strong work ethic, a solid mechanical aptitude, and a deep desire to build a long-term career in civil infrastructure and commercial site work.

Don't fully know how to read blueprints or set up an architectural laser yet? If you have basic math skills, a great attitude, and a solid construction background, our experienced team will train you on advanced grading techniques, GPS equipment, and site layout systems.
