Position: Sr. Project Performance Field Specialist
Summary of Responsibilities:

As a Project Performance Field Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of our capital construction projects ensuring quality, safety, and compliance from the ground up.

Essential Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

* Own material receipting and inspections across assigned project sites

* Conduct QA/QC field inspections to verify condition, quantity, and specifications

* Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances

* Perform field observations comparing contractor plans to field conditions

* Partner with contractors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

* Monitor material delays and risks

* Complete field documentation and reports

* Promote a strong safety culture

* Travel to project sites and work outdoors

What You Bring

* Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g. IBEW Journeyman)

* 5+ years of relevant construction experience

* Experience working with contractors and field crews

* Strong documentation and communication skills

* Knowledge of OSHA safety practices

* Valid driver's license and ability to travel

The targeted base pay for this position is $103,400 to $120,600 annually.
* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.

* The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
