Walbec Group is seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator for the 2026 season. The role involves operating paving equipment such as asphalt rollers in a safe, efficient manner on commercial/industrial sites across the Midwest.
Requirements include a valid driver’s license and 3–5 years of asphalt rolling experience. CDL preferred but not required; HS diploma or GED preferred. Flexible hours, possible nights and weekends, union membership encouraged.
