Pave America is seeking a dependable and motivated Asphalt Crew Laborer to join our paving team. This physically demanding role involves preparing, laying, and finishing asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.
You will work alongside skilled crews, operate hand tools and small equipment, feed asphalt to paving machines, ensure compaction and smoothness, and maintain a clean, safe work zone.
