We Energies’ Pewaukee Care Center is seeking Inbound Customer Consultants (Part-Time) to guide customers, handle a variety of inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. This role focuses on first contact resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and supports the energy needs of our community.
The Care Center operates 24/7. Candidates may be scheduled for evenings and weekends with a minimum of 20 hours per week; starting pay is $25.29 per hour.
