Our Office Coordinators are an integral part of our care team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering the warm, professional service our patients have come to expect. We are seeking someone who is organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently, managing calendars and coordinating with team members
• Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries and directing calls as needed
• Review treatment items to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collect copayments from patients at the time of service
• Process incoming and outgoing mail promptly and accurately

• Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone etiquette and a customer-service orientation
• Attention to detail when reviewing treatment items and processing payments
• A collaborative, team-first attitude
