Description SUPERVISES:
There is no supervision in this position.
SUMMARY:
Under general direction, oversees the delivery of client care in the College's Dental Clinic site(s).Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)
This position description should not be interpreted as all inclusive. It is intended to identify the major responsibilities and requirements of the job. The incumbents may be requested to perform job-related responsibilities and tasks other than those stated on this description.
- Ability to observe students, collect information about their client care practices and communicate same to students and faculty.
- Ability to work with a population of students, staff and faculty from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
- Ability to work diplomatically with internal and external customers and resolve problems/complaints.
- Ability to use the prescribed College office software.
- Proficient at delivering services in a clinic environment.
