The Waukesha County Technical College Child Development Center & Learning Lab (CDC) is a non‑profit, high‑quality early‑learning program on WCTC’s Pewaukee campus. The CDC is licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families to provide care to children 6 weeks to 8 years of age. A nationally accredited program with the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the CDC serves WCTC students, faculty, staff, and local community members.

It partners with the Pewaukee School District as a 4‑K kindergarten community partner and is the laboratory school for the Early Childhood Education associate degree program.
