Special Education Teacher in Pewaukee, WI

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state requirements apply)
• Previous experience in an inclusive or resource classroom setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to utilize differentiated instruction and classroom management strategies
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

• Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students with diverse learning needs, integrated within the general education classroom
• Develop, revise, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other support staff to promote student success and inclusion
• Collect and report data to monitor student progress and inform instructional adjustments
  
  Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers on student growth, needs, and success strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
