Structural Engineer – Mid Level – Pewaukee

• Design & Deliver
  :
  Prepare structural designs, plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates for a variety of public and private sector projects.
• Analyze & Evaluate
  :
  Assist in developing bridge rehabilitation and replacement concepts, including alternatives and evaluations.
• Collaborate & Communicate
  :
  Work within a multidisciplinary team and support project reporting, client communication, and quality control efforts.
• Mentor & Lead
  :
  Provide guidance to engineers and technicians, manage workflow, and contribute to team development.
• Learn & Grow
  :
  Stay current with structural design standards and procedures while expanding your project and team management capabilities.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering (structural emphasis preferred).
• Experience
  : 5–10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Certification
  :
  Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Skills
  :
  Proficiency in structural design and analysis software, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Mindset
  :
  Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Experience Areas
  :
  Reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, steel, and wood structures. WisDOT experience is a plus.
