Project Coordinator

Power/mation has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. This role is essential to ensuring our turn-key solutions and engineered projects run smoothly—from quoting and order entry to delivery and invoicing. You'll be at the center of our solutions business—connecting teams, solving problems, and making sure our customers receive the best possible experience. It's a role that blends technical coordination with relationship-building and operational excellence.

• Enter and manage project orders, quotes, and pricing requests
• Verify component availability, expedite orders, and ensure timely delivery to integration partners and customers

• Provide responsive customer service and resolve issues related to orders, returns, repairs, and credits
• Keep engineers, sales staff, and customers informed of project status
• Coordinate part shipments and maintain clear communication with integration partners

• Attend meetings with integration partners to ensure alignment and progress
• Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations to support project execution
• Ensure accurate invoicing and margin tracking upon project completion

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (technical background a plus)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Epicor P21 preferred)
• Familiarity with industrial automation products (mechanical, electrical, PLC systems) preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel to off-site customer or business locations as needed
