Personal Banker – Pay Starting at $24+ DOE (Full‑Time / Regular)

Proactively develop client relationships through effective use of profiles and established bank sales processes. Coordinate bank resources to assist clients in achieving financial goals while providing products and services that produce a profit for the bank. Provide excellent service while managing relationships over time to maximize client retention.

• Perform various sales activities approximately 80% of the time.
• Maximize customer sales opportunities by cross‑selling accounts and services as appropriate.
• Expand portfolio relationships with high‑value customers by consistent profiling of appropriate customers, utilizing sales processes and behaviors to identify customers who have the potential for added value relationships, performing personal touches, evaluating customers’ financial needs, recommending solutions and asking for the business.
• Provide qualified investment referrals to the appropriate branch personnel.
• Sells credit life and disability insurance (if licensed).
• Understand and effectively compete against the competitive market.
• Use internal prospect lists to make outbound calls.

Experience in retail banking, personal banking, or related sales activities is preferred. The ability to build and maintain client relationships, understand customer financial needs, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
