Senior Financial Analyst

What You Will Do:

The Senior Financial Analyst provides advanced financial analysis, planning, reporting, and decision support to Pro Health Care (PHC) leadership and operational stakeholders. This position serves as a strategic financial partner, translating complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and actionable solutions that support efficient, cost-effective operations and achievement of organizational goals.

The Senior Financial Analyst leads financial analysis for new and existing initiatives, develops financial models and proformas, supports business planning, and coordinates assigned areas of the operating and capital budgeting processes. The role develops and interprets financial and operational reports, identifies trends and opportunities, evaluates processes, and recommends improvements that enhance financial performance and organizational efficiency.

In addition to core Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities, this position serves as a subject‑matter expert for assigned Financial Services functions and provides guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Financial Services analysts and organizational partners. The role requires strong collaboration with leaders, physicians, employees, and other stakeholders and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both financial and non‑financial audiences.

Core areas that may be assigned are the following:

• 1. PHC Product Line Financial Reporting including maintaining Product Line Definitions.
• 2. PHC Strategic Financial Planning, Fixed Asset Accounting & Tracking, Capital Processes
• 3. Productivity Reporting, Workforce Planning, Cost Accounting
• 4:
  Provider Compensation Analysis and Reporting

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Will consider combination of experience & education in lieu of a degree.
• At least 4 years related financial analysis experience.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
