Hotel Housekeepers: Pewaukee

Long-Term Temporary Positions
Shift: First. Employee chooses start time of either 7:30 or 8:30 AM.
Days: 5 day work with with weekend availability necessary

Our Pewaukee hotel client is seeking full time housekeepers. Experience is a plus but not required. Client will provide three weeks of paid on-the-job training for each new hire. Candidates must have stable work history and reliable transportation to get to and from the job. This is a great opportunity to either continue or start your career in hospitality!

Job Description

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floor surfaces using cloths, sponges, brushes, mops and cleaning agents.
• Maintain the level of cleanliness as dictated by hotel policy and procedures
• Strip and make beds, changing bed at scheduled frequency dictated by hotel policy and procedure
• Dust all furniture, pictures drawers window ledges and shelves.
• Vacuum carpeted areas
• Empty the trash cans
• Replenish amenities such as bathroom supplies in each guest room
• Replenish cart’s cleaning supplies and linen supplies

Note:

the changing of bed linens may require lifting bedspreads weighing up to 35lbs.

Experience and skills: Though this client trains each individual on how to work within their system, the ideal candidate will have verifiable prior work experience as a hotel housekeeper.
