This full-time, on-site role based in Pewaukee, WI, is for a Hotel General Manager. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, and lead the hotel team to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with staff to ensure smooth operations in all departments, and maintaining high standards in hospitality and general management. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the Sales department, maintaining strong relationships with guest and focusing on cultivating new relationships with local companies and travellers.
Qualifications- Strong General Management and Sales Management skills to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including team leadership, operational strategy and sales strategy.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to monitor expenses, manage resources effectively, and drive hotel profitability.
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and addressing guest needs effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and build relationships with staff, guests, and partners.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in hotel operations or a managerial role in hospitality.
