- Support and enhance business units along with Corporate HR Team
- Administer HR activities including HRIS, employee relations, onboarding
- Build relationships with leaders and engage in employee relations
- Conduct new Team Member orientation, performance management, and exit interviews
- 1-3 years as a Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or like field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
Demonstrates expertise in Human Resources activities, including HRIS administration, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management. Strong ability to build relationships with leaders and effectively conduct orientations and exit interviews.
