Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting and staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, organized, and eager to grow within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist recruiters and staffing managers with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates

Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish to ensure clear understanding of job opportunities and requirements

Support onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientations, and compliance documentation

Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems and internal databases

Assist with job postings and updating open positions across multiple platforms

Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly

Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and ensure smooth staffing operations

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both languages

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR support is a plus but not required
