• Hands‑on experience with IT troubleshooting, installations, and system maintenance.
• Mentorship and collaboration with experienced IT professionals.
• Exposure to IT security, networking, and best practices in a professional environment.

• Provide first‑level technical support to staff.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot system and computer issues.
• Support IT projects, documentation, and system updates.
• Assist in implementing security and backup procedures.

• Enrollment in an IT, Computer Science, or related degree program.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Familiarity with Windows operating system.
• Experience with troubleshooting and technical support.
