The Client On Boarding Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pewaukee, WI. This role is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into Novatech’s Managed Office solutions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating implementation activities, gathering and validating client requirements, setting up accounts, and preparing documentation. The associate will communicate regularly with clients and internal teams, track onboarding milestones, resolve issues, and elevate risks when necessary.
This role also supports training efforts, confirms successful handoff to ongoing account management, and contributes to continuous improvement of onboarding procedures.
- Strong client services and communication skills to manage relationships, provide clear guidance, and deliver a positive onboarding experience.
- Analytical skills to interpret client requirements, analyze data, and identify process improvements or potential issues.
- Finance and sales awareness to understand service agreements, pricing structures, and support cross-functional teams during client setup.
- Proficiency with office and CRM software, and comfort working with technology solutions such as managed IT, print, and cloud services.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple onboarding projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, operations, and sales teams in an on-site environment.
- Prior experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success in a technology or services environment is preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
