We’re hiring a Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations at our Pewaukee, WI manufacturing site. This is a high-impact, fully onsite leadership role for a procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced plant environment and enjoys partnering across operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and finance to keep production moving.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead procurement strategy and day-to-day purchasing operations for the Pewaukee site
  • Ensure materials and services are sourced to meet goals for quality, cost, delivery, and compliance
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service expectations
  • Partner closely with plant operations, planning, engineering, quality, and finance teams
  • Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and strengthen supply continuity
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and reliability
  • Support inventory optimization and material availability for production
  • Drive procurement process improvements, reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience or equivalent experience leading teams or major initiatives
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products preferred
  • Experience with supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy, and procurement performance management
  • Knowledge of inventory planning, logistics, and import/export operations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems
  • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or APICS are a plus
