Shift Requirement
The hours for this position are from 7:00AM–5:00PM or 11:00AM–9:00PM. Team members must be available to work seven days a week, with days off rotating between weekdays and weekend days.
Pay RangeCompetitive hourly rate: $18–$20 per hour, with automatic increases as follows:
- Starting Pay: $18/hr
- At 3months: $18.50/hr
- At 6months: $19/hr
- Within the first year: $20/hr through performance‑based merit opportunities; eligible team members receive an additional $0.50 increase every 90 days.

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self‑motivated team players with at least two years of customer‑facing experience to deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using our custom car haulers.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver vehicles and load/unload the hauler, performing physical tasks such as detailing and ensuring vehicles remain safe and road‑ready.
- Complete customer paperwork and record detailed notes in our tracking system.
- Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
New hires must:
- Obtain a Notary license within the first 90 days (sponsored by Carvana).
- Acquire access to DMV/title/registration systems within the first 90 days.
- For Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees, obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks.
- For California employees, obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto haulers, both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to inclement or extreme weather. Must be able to walk, stand, and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours), and perform a range of movements—reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance—required by the job.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
