About the Position

Housekeeping / House Cleaner at Molly Maid USA, Pewaukee, WI. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑4 pm. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

No experience required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.

We provide a stable schedule, all cleaning supplies, training, your uniform, and a company car. Pay is $15.00‑$25.00 per hour (base) with a guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 and the potential to earn up to $800.00 per week plus tips.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow the cleaning process to delight every customer; communicate friendly, positive, and professional.
• If selected as a team lead, manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, and maintain equipment and supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Have transportation (or be able to reach our office); for team leads a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company car is required.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available Monday‑Friday 8 am‑4 pm.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
