Building Maintenance Technician

The Ingleside Hotel and Springs Water Park in Pewaukee is hiring a Building Maintenance Tech: PT approx 24 hrs/week. Flexible day shift hours, Mon-Fri. As we are open 24/7, ability to work some weekends or other shifts is helpful. Ensure our facilities are in excellent condition using basic general maintenance/home repair skills. Preventive maintenance, snake drains, paint/touch up rooms, carpentry, minor appliance repair, snow removal, etc.

CPO certified a plus. Great opportunity to grow for someone with interest/ability in building maintenance!

Wage $20 per hour.

Responsibilities and

Qualifications:

* Maintain the physical functionality of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, water park and work areas (sometimes working in awkward positions in small spaces).

* Respond to work orders and guest calls to assess and repair non-functioning items in guest rooms, equipment and/or machinery.

* Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, light electric, painting and masonry.

* Must be able to lift 50 lbs and use ladder through ceiling to access roof.

* Frequent lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, walking, crouching, kneeling, stooping, reaching overhead for extended periods of time, grasp hand tools and talking as required.
