• 3+ years of restaurant general manager experience – fast‑casual preferred
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience in a structured, corporate environment preferred
• Serv Safe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Schedule flexibility for a 45‑hour workweek
