Job Description & How to Apply Below

Kelly is seeking a highly autonomous, hands-on Project Manager to drive large-impact, concurrent facilities and manufacturing projects at our Pewaukee campus. This leader will deliver three transformative projects: a comprehensive office remodel, a large-scale document digitization initiative, and a warehouse redesign. You’ll collaborate with all levels of the organization (and third-party vendors) to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery:
    • Independently manage project life cycles from initiation through completion — leading 2 facilities projects and 1 warehouse redesign.
    • Serve as the single point of contact for all internal teams and external contractors.
  • Team Coordination:
    • Communicate logistics and updates to all site employees for the office remodel.
    • Lead cross-functional teams (10–12 members per project) for digitization and warehouse efforts.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Coordinate suppliers/contractors, escalate issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Document Oversight:
    • Supervise evaluation, cataloging, and destruction/archive of physical documents, adhering to information protection standards.
  • Planning & Reporting:
    • Develop timelines, project plans, documentation, and regular status reports.
    • Track deliverables, manage change, and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Risk Management:
    • Proactively identify and address issues or obstacles.
    • Maintain balanced resource allocation across simultaneous projects.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading facilities and/or manufacturing projects
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently, and able to motivate/align cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing external vendors and complex schedules
  • Familiarity with document management and proprietary information handling is a plus
