We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor due to role restructuring and turnover. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for keeping our facilities and equipment operating safely and efficiently across three onsite buildings.

You will oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team of three technicians, manage preventative maintenance programs, and ensure parts are ordered responsibly within a budget. Your leadership will directly reduce downtime, strengthen reliability, and support production performance across the plant.

• Lead, train, and schedule maintenance technicians
• Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance expenses
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO standards
• Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• 1-3+ years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or manufacturing setting
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, problem‑solving mindset
