STATUS
:
Non-Exempt, Full Time, 2nd Shift, (4) 10 hour days Mon – Thurs
- Fulfill parts requests for rush work orders or sales orders in a timely manner
- Replenish bins with inventory from other stock locations; verifying the correct part name/number and count
- Accurately count all products being “added to” or “taken from” inventory
- Visually confirm that part being replenished or retrieved match the bin’s part number
- Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- High degree of accuracy with numbers
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines and goals despite unexpected setbacks, obstacles or time constraints
- Team player able to interact in a positive, constructive manner with staff members on all levels within the company
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher
- Ability to add, sub-tract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
