Night Shift Folder Operator

Overview

Quad is seeking Finishing Folder Operators to work at their Direct Marketing facility in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.

• Operate all automated folder equipment and perform all production-related functions on the folders to ensure quality output and maximize efficiency; maintain a safe work environment.
• Receive and follow instructions and use vision in order to identify defects.
• Perform repetitious tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in daily operations.

• Previous Finishing Operator experience with inserters or folders including the ability to set up and operate bindery equipment is required.
• A strong mechanical aptitude is required.
• The ability to bend and lift 10-15 pounds continuously, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally, stand long hours, and use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement.
• Excellent communication skills, including good verbal and written comprehension.
• The ability to perform basic math calculations is essential.
• Shift: 12 hour nights 7 pm - 7 am.
