CNC Machinist​/Set-Up Operator

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work order(s)
• Set up and adjust machines for different jobs
• Proving out programs/assisting with programming (at machine or offline)
• Trouble shooting, training, and operating machines within CNC department
• Ensuring quality control making sure inspection/checks are complete for all finished parts
• Perform routine maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Train and lead other operators in department

• 5+ years successful years of CNC experience (preferably in Swiss/Lathe/milling)
• Experience with set-up, programming, troubleshooting, training, and operating
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Dependable and takes ownership of task and follows through on commitments
• Willingness to learn/continuously develop skills and seek growth opportunities
• Position available 1st & 2nd shift (flexible start/end times)
