Job Summary
We are seeking a Die‑cutter Operator for the 3rd shift at our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Pewaukee, WI. You will help produce quality flexographic label products, work with a team‑player mentality, and take pride in your work.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate the finishing die cutter.
- Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses.
- Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria.
- Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria.
- Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment.
- Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems.
- Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in the daily work.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Abide by safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Attention to detail with a value for quality.
- Experience or comfort in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with or comfortable operating small machinery.
- Self‑motivated, able to work well independently.
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately.
- Good communication skills and a desire to help your team succeed.
3rd Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00pm to 6:30am
