Job Overview

has moved to a new state of the art facility in Pewaukee, WI. We are seeking a Die‑cutter Operator to operate a new ABG 21” Die Cutter. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team‑player mentality, and taking pride in your work.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate the finishing die cutter
  • Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses
  • Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
  • Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
  • Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment
  • Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems
  • Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in the daily work
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude
  • Abide by  safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail with value of quality
  • Experience/comfortable in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with or comfortable with operating small machinery
  • Self‑motivated, able to work well independently
  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately
  • Good communication skills and desire to help your team succeed
