We are seeking a Die‑cutter Operator for 3rd shift to produce quality flexographic label products at 's new facility in Pewaukee, WI.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate the finishing die cutter.
  • Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses.
  • Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria.
  • Package finished products according to provided specifications and standard packaging criteria.
  • Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment.
  • Monitor the daily ship list and communicate with the Production Manager on progress and problems.
  • Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in daily work.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
  • Abide by  safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Work third shift:
    Friday – Sunday, 6:00 pm to 6:30 am.
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
  • Experience or comfort in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with or comfort operating small machinery.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and desire to help the team succeed.
