Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Assemblers 2ndShift to join their team. As a Assemblers 2ndShift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assemblers 2nd Shift - can sit or stand

Pay Range: $16.5

Shift: 2:30pm-11pm, Monday through Friday

• Read and adhere to blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to assemble parts accurately and efficiently
• Examine components and assemblies for correct fit and function
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms, including electronic records
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following safety policies and procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and participating in problem-solving activities

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic data entry skills
• Previous assembly experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and write in English related to standard documentation
• Basic mathematical skills and understanding of the metric system
