As a Spindle Repair Technician, you will assemble, repair, and rebuild sophisticated spindles in a clean-room environment. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of top-tier CNC  this role, you will:

Inspect, disassemble, and prepare spindle components for repair

Perform precise bearing measurements, fitments, and preload adjustments

Execute detailed assembly processes with a high level of accuracy

Assembling, disassembling and building spindles in a clean-room environment

Part preparation and inspection

Some local driving as needed

Other activities in support of the growth and development of the business unit

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates with hands-on experience in building or rebuilding spindles for industrial machinery. A strong understanding of bearing systems is highly valued, along with experience repairing, maintaining, or rebuilding precision equipment with tight tolerances.

Additional qualifications include:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documenting processes and maintaining accurate records

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as some spindle components require manual handling
