Shipper, Material Handler

Harken is seeking a detail-oriented Shipper to support our manufacturing operations by accurately picking, packing, and shipping sailing hardware and industrial products. In this hands-on role, you will process orders, prepare documentation, print labels, and coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time, damage-free delivery. You'll verify inventory, stage product, operate basic warehouse equipment, and follow safety and quality procedures.

Working in a collaborative, craftsmanship-focused environment, you'll partner with production, customer service, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations and continuous improvement goals.
