has moved to a new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Pewaukee, WI. We are seeking a Die‑Cutter Operator for the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities- Set up and operate the finishing die cutter.
- Perform rewind/inspection work and inspect all products as rewound off presses.
- Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria.
- Package finished products according to supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria.
- Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment.
- Monitor the daily ship list and communicate with the Production Manager regarding progress or problems.
- Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in daily work.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Abide by safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Work the 2nd shift:
Monday‑Thursday 2:00 pm – 12:30 am.
- Attention to detail with a value for quality.
- Experience or comfort in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with or comfort operating small machinery.
- Self‑motivated and able to work well independently.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Good communication skills and a desire to help the team succeed.
