The Order Fulfillment Specialist has a critical role - getting customer orders ready to ship by picking parts, collecting manufactured products, checking orders for accuracy & quality, and packaging them for shipment.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Pick parts from inventory for customer orders
• Collect completed products from production areas
• Check parts, quantities, labels, and product quality
• Maintain organization of orders and paperwork in the order staging area
• Package orders safely and efficiently, including boxes and pallets
• Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment
• Safety operate packaging machinery, such as pallet wrapper, bander, scale and labelers
• Help load and unload trucks
• Keep work areas, supplies, and inventory organized
• Help with inventory and other departmental activities as needed
• Work closely with team members in Shipping, Receiving, and Production to ensure customer orders ship on time

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Previous forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to follow work instructions and recognize when something doesn't look right
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for working with team members, freight carriers, and other internal departments
• Able to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds and carry them for up to 10 feet
• Able to stand, sit, bend, reach, and move about the facility
• Flexibility to accommodate changing tasks and priorities
