Trade Shows & Events
  • Manage the planning and execution of approximately 10 trade shows and industry events annually.
  • Maintain event calendars, budgets, contracts, registrations, exhibitor portals, deadlines, and show requirements.
  • Coordinate booth services, freight, equipment, demonstrations, signage, literature, promotional materials, hotels, and attendee registrations.
  • Work with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and vendors to ensure equipment and booth materials are show-ready.
  • Execute pre-and post-show marketing campaigns, lead capture, CRM import, sales follow-up, and ROI reporting.
Video & Content Production
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video and photography showcasing MWES automation systems, products, capabilities, events, and customer applications.
  • Produce project showcases, product demonstrations, interviews, capability videos, social clips, and other digital content.
  • Edit video with branded graphics, titles, feature callouts, captions, audio, and other supporting elements.
  • Repurpose footage across You Tube, social media, the MWES website, email campaigns, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate filming around machine runoffs, demonstrations, events, and shipment schedules, and maintain an organized content library.
Digital Marketing & Content
  • Create and update website, blog, case study, project showcase, email, social media, and sales content.
  • Support SEO/AEO, website optimization, landing pages, internal linking, metadata, and other organic search initiatives.
  • Coordinate social media and You Tube content, publishing, and optimization.
  • Support digital advertising and integrated campaigns around MWES capabilities, products, industries, and events.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear, customer-focused marketing content.
  • Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, including email campaigns, audience segments, forms, landing pages, and nurture campaigns.
  • Maintain marketing data and support lead capture, tracking, attribution, routing, and sales follow-up.
  • Monitor website, campaign, email, social media, and trade show performance using GA4, CRM data, and other marketing tools.
  • Maintain recurring marketing reports and help identify opportunities to improve lead generation, engagement, and marketing ROI.
  • Develop and maintain presentations, sell sheets, case studies, project showcases, and other sales enablement materials.
  • Create and prepare production-ready artwork for MWES machine and equipment branding, including logos, decals, nameplates, signage, and other identification materials.
  • Coordinate marketing projects with internal teams, agencies, vendors, printers, publications, and industry organizations.
  • Help maintain brand consistency and organized marketing assets.
  • Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing, communications, digital marketing, or multimedia experience.
  • Experience coordinating trade shows, events, or complex projects involving multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience shooting and editing professional video content.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video-editing software and working knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
