Community Awareness & Outreach Coordinator VISTA

Overview

The VISTA member will build capacity by developing sustainable outreach, marketing, and communication systems that increase awareness, improve access to services, and strengthen community partnerships. This project is based at The Crossing Medical Clinic in Manitowoc, WI, where many residents experience barriers to accessing healthcare and supportive services.

• Serve with Ameri Corps VISTA to expand access to healthcare at The Crossing Medical Clinic in Manitowoc, WI.
• Focus on building systems that improve community awareness, outreach, and communication efforts so more individuals can access critical health services.
• Develop marketing strategies, create outreach systems, strengthen partnerships, and build tools that increase visibility and improve access to care for underserved populations.
• Create lasting improvements in how the clinic connects with and serves the community.
