Pay Rage: $18-$20 per hour

, we are seeking a dedicated Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health team. This role provides essential hands‑on support to patients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and safety. Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Support activities of daily living such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure a safe, clean environment for each patient

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Ability to work around pets (preferred)
• Auto insurance and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
• Experience in home health or caregiving strongly (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in the home setting
