• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

• 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Physically able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience, or experience leading and training people.
• Proficient with a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently with strong team building skills.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
