We’re seeking achievement-driven, team-oriented individuals who are humble, hungry and smart, to join our Sales Team in Madison. This is a commission-based role with the potential to earn between $125,000 - $300,000+.

- Host regular open hours in a professionally decorated model home:
Friday through Tuesday, including weekends from 12-4 pm, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. - Practice relentless curiosity to determine buyers needs and desires, then exercise product expertise to match our offerings with those needs.
- Work collaboratively in a Neighborhood Team with Building and Customer Care Professionals to deliver EXTRA Ordinary Experiences to our Customers.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Embrace Tim O'Brien Homes Sales Process, including contract documentation, financing, options, and performance standards outlined in Sales Training.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the construction process - from sale to post-closing interactions, aiming to achieve an AVID customer satisfaction rating in the top 10% across the US.
- Cultivate strong relationships with past, current, and potential customers to capitalize on opportunities for customer referrals.
- Take the lead in managing the customer s journey, participating with teammates in various customer orientations and construction updates.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking interactions, managing leads, and following up with potential customers.
- Intrinsically motivated, with the ability to thrive in an independent work environment.
- Receptive to one-on-one and group coaching.
- Committed to personal development and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in establishing and nurturing trust with customers, trade partners, and team members.
- Flexible and capable of adapting to dynamic market conditions.
- Skilled in interpreting construction plans and specifications, including markups/redlining.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Facility with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid Real Estate License in Wisconsin within the first 60 days.
$125,000 - $300,000+ yearly commission based
