The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to help grow our Lake Country destination. With 40,000+ sq. ft. of flexible space, 192 guest rooms, and an indoor water park, we offer a dynamic environment for groups and events with indoor and outdoor space! We’re looking for someone who thrives on building long‑term partnerships, uncovering new business opportunities through networking and events, and representing a well‑loved local destination.
This is a FT exempt position; some evening and weekend hours required based on client needs. Hybrid work option after training complete.
- Prospect, negotiate, and close new and existing group business by phone and in person opportunities
- Represent the hotel at events and industry meetings
- Maintain accurate sales activity and communication in Delphi
- Deliver exceptional service while driving revenue
- Present confidently with strong written and verbal communication
- Motivated sales professional who values long‑term client relationships
- Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Delphi and Maestro experience a plus
- Salary starting at $65-70K
