Inside Sales Representative – Pewaukee, WI

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for order processing and sales‑related support to both internal and external customers. The incumbent will also provide outstanding customer service, including prompt responses to inquiries while coordinating all aspects of order management from pricing and quoting, to order entry, delivery, and invoicing.

Core Responsibilities
  • Quotations:
    Receive customer inquiries, verify parts against specifications, obtain current part costs, check pattern availability, develop sell prices based on margin levels, maintain accurate cost records, and prepare and send proposals.
  • Order Management:
    Receive and review orders for accuracy, coordinate with the Order Management team for required information, ensure proper processing of orders, back up order‑entry personnel as needed, and maintain virtual customer files with contracts and other relevant information.
  • Sales Support:
    Provide pricing and availability details, formal quotations, and pre‑ and post‑order support functions for Flygt AC products and services. Additional duties may be assigned based on organizational needs.

Qualifications
  • College degree, preferably in a technical field, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience in a customer support position within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; prior experience in customer support and project support.
  • Technical aptitude:
    Ability to understand bills of materials and technical drawings.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Able to engage with suppliers to obtain quotations and support parts and service proposals.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a diverse workforce and customer base in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
