We’re representing a fast‑growing events and promotions company expanding its Wisconsin team. They specialise in face‑to‑face campaigns across retail locations, pop‑up events, and high‑traffic venues — creating memorable customer experiences while driving brand growth.
What the Role Looks LikeThis is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you’ll be part of a team running live campaigns in busy environments.
Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Working at promotional sales events, retail pop‑ups, and branded setups
- Engaging with customers in a friendly, confident, and professional way
- Presenting products, services, or campaigns clearly and effectively
- Creating a positive and memorable experience for every interaction during the sales process
- Supporting customers through sign‑ups or onboarding processes
- Assisting with event setup, organisation, and breakdown
- Representing brands with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Contributing to team targets and overall campaign performance
- You’re used to working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- You know how to communicate with all types of people
- You bring energy, personality, and a customer‑first mindset
- You’re confident, adaptable, and solution‑focused
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and high energy
- Confidence in face‑to‑face interactions
- Team player mentality with a reliable work ethic

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or similar roles is beneficial but not essential.
