The Role

Under the direction of our Inside Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the bridge between customers, sales, and internal operations, ensuring orders move smoothly from inquiry to delivery.

This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role where organization, communication, and attention to detail are essential. You'll manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate records in our systems. Every interaction you have helps strengthen customer relationships and supports the continued growth of our business.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and qualify sales opportunities
  • Prepare and send customer quotes, proposals, and pricing information
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales activity records within CRM systems
  • Provide order acknowledgements, order updates, and shipment status information
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and support needs
  • Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Monitor open orders and proactively communicate delays or issues
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and order discrepancies
  • Maintain documentation for sales transactions and customer communications
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping multiple priorities organized.

Experience in some or all the following is highly valued:

  • Inside sales support or sales administration
  • Customer service and account management
  • CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar platforms
  • Order entry and order management
  • Manufacturing or industrial business environments
  • Quote and proposal preparation
  • Customer communication and relationship management
  • Cross-functional coordination between departments
  • Process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Able to commute to or relocate to Pewaukee, WI 53072 before start date
