Showroom Sales Support

MSI is seeking a Showroom Sales Support professional to enhance customer experiences in our gaming and workstation product showroom. You will greet and guide visitors, demonstrate MSI laptops, desktops, components, and monitors, and support the sales team with quotes, product information, and order processing. You'll maintain product displays, ensure demo systems run smoothly, and capture customer feedback. Working closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, you'll help translate complex hardware specs into clear benefits for gamers, creators, and business users in a fast paced, innovation driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing a welcoming, informed experience
• Demonstrate MSI gaming and workstation products and explain key features and benefits
• Support sales team with quotes, product information, and basic order processing
• Maintain showroom appearance, product displays, and demo system readiness
• Capture and relay customer feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams
• Assist with small showroom events, demos, and promotional activities
• Track basic inventory of showroom units, accessories, and marketing materials
• Use CRM or sales tools to log interactions and follow up activities
