Asa Residential Journeyman Electrician ,youwillberesponsibleforelectricalinstallationsonresidentialconstructionprojects,including:

• Installingresidentialelectricalsystemsinaccordancewiththe National Electrical Code .
• Performingrough-inwiringfornewhomes,additions,remodels,garages,andotherresidentialconstructionprojects.
• Installingboxes,wiring,panels,feeders,branchcircuits,lightingcircuits,switchlegs,homeruns,anddevicelayouts.
• Readingandfollowingplans,layouts,jobnotes,builderspecifications,andelectricaldrawings.
• Completingtrim-outwork,includingswitches,receptacles,lightfixtures,smokedetectors,ceilingfans,appliances,andotherresidentialelectricaldevices.
• Installingelectricalpanels,subpanels,breakers,groundingsystems,andserviceequipment.
• Wiringkitchens,bathrooms,basements,bedrooms,garages,mechanicalrooms,andexteriorareas.
• Installingdedicatedcircuitsforappliances,HVACequipment,sumppumps,garageequipment,EVchargers,andotherresidentialloads.
• Installinglowvoltagepathwaysorwiringwhenrequiredbytheproject.
• Coordinatingwithbuilders,project managers,inspectors,andothertradesonactivejobsites.
• Maintainingclean,organized,andsafeworkareasthroughouteachphaseofconstruction.
• Keepingtools,materials,equipment,andcompanyvehiclesorganizedandproperlymaintained.
• Workingindependentlywithoutconstantdirectsupervision.
• Followingworkplacesafetyproceduresatalltimes.
• Participatingintoolboxtalks,safetyaudits,andrelatedsafetyfunctions.
• Identifying,correcting,andreportingunsafeconditionsorincidentsinatimelymanner.
• Workingaspartofadependableandprofessionalteam.
• Performingotherrelateddutiesasassigned.
